Please know your size before ordering. All ring sizes are listed in US sizing and cannot be returned if they do not fit.

All sales are final. Please keep in mind that bending or use of force can cause breakage on certain aspects and it’s important to be careful with each piece.

If there is an issue with shipping, I can provide you with your tracking information, but once it’s in the carrier’s hands I am not responsible for timing or delivery of the product. All shipments do come with insurance, but I cannot control the delivery operation once it’s shipped. I am shipping from Alaska so shipping usually takes longer than usual, but I do ship everything Priority Mail in order to get it to you quick as possible. Please allow 1-2 days for packaging and being shipped.

Pricing depends on the pricing of the stones, the silver used, and my time to create. Not all stones are created equal and vary in pricing.

All fine metals tarnish with time. I recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area. Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces I recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth. Wearing your jewelry is also a great way to keep tarnish away as body oils help keep them tarnish free. I provide polishing clothes with each piece you can use as well.

My pieces are built to last, if something has a defect that was out of your control such as a clasp or earring loop breaking, I will always fix it for free for you. If you happened to run over your necklace and the chain broke, that is on you and I cannot fix pieces like that for free. If anything happens, please feel free to reach out!

Please keep in mind just because an item is in your cart does not mean you have it on hold and it is still available for someone else to purchase until it’s paid for.

If you are local, choose the free local delivery option and I will deliver to you for free. If you are out of town choose priority shipping. If you have multiple orders I will ship them all together and refund you for any additional shipping on the extra orders.
